A pet that actually notices you
Most cute cursors are a looping picture — they do the same thing whether you are working or asleep. This one watches what your hand does. Move fast and it stretches; stop hard and it wobbles; spin it in circles and it gets dizzy; leave it alone and it nods off.

What it reacts to
- Speed — it squashes and stretches along the direction you drag it, and keeps a bit of volume while it does.
- Stopping — it overshoots and settles, because it has weight. A looping GIF cannot do this.
- Circles — spin your cursor around it and its eyes go spiral.
- Clicking — it startles: ears up, eyes wide, a small squeak of a mouth.
- Nothing at all — after six quiet seconds it curls up and starts breathing.
Why it is not a download
A Windows .ani cursor is a fixed loop. It cannot know how fast your hand is moving, so none of the things above are possible in one. That is the whole reason this is a running thing rather than a file — and the reason it cannot be copied by right-clicking it.
Everything here is drawn in code, frame by frame. No image files, no character borrowed from anyone — the art and the motion are both ours.
